New Braunfels, often referred to as the "City of a Prince" is located between Austin and San Antonio on Interstate Highway 35.

New Braunfels has several museums including Conservation Plaza, a historic Railroad Museum, Lindheimer Home, Heritage Plaza and the New Braunfels Children's Museum. Live theatre, musical programs, and art exhibits occur regularly.
