Bringing Homes and Families Together

I am a proud Native Texan.  I was born and raised in Dallas, went to college at TEXAS TECH then married my best friend and moved to San Antonio.  We started our family there (two beautiful daughters) and after about 15 years there we decided to move to New Braunfels...our forever home!  I have lived and worked in New Braunfels since 2004.

My experience in education (both in the New Braunfels school district as a parent and the Comal school district as a teacher) will serve you well if you are hoping to find a home in a particular school district.  I am also very familiar with surrounding school districts in Seguin, Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City, San Marcos, Wimberley, etc.  We teachers tend to gather together and I always enjoyed getting to learn about other districts from the teachers' perspective.

As a former educator (with a degree in English and Education), I am also a book-o-phile (perhaps the correct term is bibliophile, but book-o-phile sounds much better to me).  When I'm not working with buyers and sellers I am working with parents, grandparents, aunts, etc. to help them fill their homes with books.

Additionally, when I'm not doing both of those things (and being a mom and a wife), I LOVE being outdoors.  My husband and I kayak, rock climb (when the knees are cooperating), hike, zip line...if it's outdoors, we enjoy it.  We also love traveling and have been blessed to travel to such places as Alaska, the Galapagos Islands, Peru, Machu Picchu, and Ireland, as well as many of our wonderful states.  We regularly visit Colorado which is a great place to take in all that the outdoors has to offer.

Speaking of Colorado, I am a huge Denver Broncos fan.  Don't hold that against me.  I was born and raised a Dallas Cowboys fan, and have also added the Houston Texans to the teams I cheer for.  And the Spurs...who can forget the Spurs?  They, to me, exemplify what every sports team should be - hard working, dignified and gracious.

I have been active with child advocacy agencies in San Antonio and Lubbock as well as the Humane Society in San Antonio.  I'm philanthropic by nature and giving my time to non profit organizations is very important to me.

So, enough about me. I would sincerely love to get to know YOU!  You'll find me to be hard working, fun and your best asset when buying or selling your home.  Email, call or text me and let's chat.  Even if you're not quite ready to make the move, I'd love to visit and see how I can be of assistance to you.
