Mike’s career began in 1975 with Henry S. Miller Company (now Grubb & Ellis) in San Antonio, Texas as an associate in the Retail Division. He was promoted to manager of that division after six months, and within two years he was appointed vice president and resident manager of the San Antonio office.
In 1982, formed a partnership with Richard L. Wade (Wade-Gribble Commercial Real Estate). In 1992, returned to Grubb & Ellis as director of development services and director of asset services. In 1993, he co-founded United Commercial Realty San Antonio in conjunction with Tom and Guyla Sineni.
Projects in San Antonio, Texas, include, the Forum at Olympia Parkway, Sterling Bank Tower and The Pavilions at North Star, and in the acquisition of Gateway Shopping Center and Colonies North Shopping Center.
In 1973, Gribble received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. He completed studies for a Master’s of Business Administration degree in 1974.
Mike & Diane Gribble have been New Braunfels residents for over 27 years and together they have two children, Michelle Gribble Haag & Russel Gribble, and four grandchildren, Katherine and Sydney Haag and Michael and Ben Gribble. They enjoy traveling, cooking, gardening and relaxing on the Guadalupe River.
