Jonathan Haag

Jonathan Haag specializes in tenant and property representation, facilitating site selection for tenants, land acquisition for development, and project representation in the San Antonio, New Braunfels and Central/South Texas markets. He also serves as an Asset Manager for several projects and has experience in Construction Management.  His vast experience in leasing and tenant representation has enabled him to develop and maintain strong relationships at the national, regional and local level. 

Experience

Jonathan brings more than 17 years experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Prior to joining RCPS, he was a Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, working with some of the nation’s largest retailers including Bank of America, Goodwill, FedEx Office, NAPA Auto Parts, The Joint Chiropractic and Dirt Cheap.  He has also been involved over his career in the marketing and leasing of large power centers such as the 400,000 square foot Huebner Oaks, the 900,000 square  foot Alamo Ranch, and the 310,000 square foot La Plaza del Norte.  Prior to joining JLL, he was a Partner with United Commercial Realty for over 10 years.

Education and Affiliations

Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Texas State University in San Marcos. He is a member of  the New Braunfels Wurstfest Association, Texas Association of Realtors, The Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels, The Braunfels Foundation Trust, The New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the San Antonio Executives Association.
