Monica graduated with a degree in dentistry from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP) in 2003. For 20 years, she worked in the dental field, where she built lasting relationships, gaining the trust of every patient she served, and forming connections so deep that many patients came to see her as family. In 2021, she transitioned to real estate, earning her Texas real estate license. She is a current member of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS and both the Texas and National Associations of REALTORS. Her skills in customer service and ability to genuinely listen to her clients' needs have allowed her to develop the same trust and rapport with her real estate clients. She is bilingual and proficient at working on both sides of a transaction—whether helping buyers find their dream home or guiding sellers to maximize their property's market value.
As a certified GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and MVHC (Military and Veteran Housing Certification) agent, she brings a unique dedication and competence to the industry, ensuring her clients receive top-notch service, professionalism, and peace of mind every step of the way.
Outside of work, Monica cherishes time with her family, cooking her families favorite Mexican food recipes and volunteering in various organizations; the Ronald McDonald House being one of them. Monica and her family are members of River City Community Church, where they find community and strength in their faith.
