About Wilson Branch Road
Discover The Overlook at Rock Creek, a distinctive 9.58± acre property in Mountain Creek Ranch featuring rolling terrain, mature trees, elevated homesites, and expansive Central Texas views. Two creeks cross the property—seasonal Rock Creek and Wilson Branch—creating shaded natural areas and a peaceful setting that is difficult to duplicate. New photos show Rock Creek flowing after rainfall, including an inviting section where the current owners report enjoying swimming and wading during fuller seasons. Creek flow, depth, and water levels are seasonal and vary with rainfall. Much of the costly groundwork is already in place, including a power pole and meter, an approximately 450-foot water well, Georgetown water available at the road, and a fire hydrant at the property corner. The property also offers paved county road frontage, new fencing, and three gated entrances. Multiple potential building sites provide flexibility for a full-time residence, weekend getaway, recreational retreat, or long-term land investment. Enjoy country surroundings while remaining approximately 15 minutes from Killeen and Fort Cavazos, 35 minutes from Georgetown, and about an hour from Austin. Temple, Belton, Lake Belton, and Stillhouse Hollow Lake are also within convenient driving distance. Come walk the creek, explore the elevated terrain, and experience what makes this property stand apart.
